Description
BCC FiberCell-88/40 is a precision holder designed for FiberCells with a 40 mm diameter, adapted for nursery infrastructure in South America, especially Chile. Manufactured in high-quality PP using an advanced mould with more than 30 individually controlled injection points, the product delivers even material filling to minimise internal stress and ensure a consistent finish and long service life. Edges and corners are rounded for safe, ergonomic handling.

Performance and handling
The tray geometry is optimised for the production of strong, healthy plants with a well-structured root system. Internal root-guiding ribs promote proper root architecture, while the smooth inner walls facilitate plant extraction. The smooth outer surface allows easy cleaning and the design supports stable stacking and efficient handling in nursery workflows.
