Overview
The BCC Tray Covering Unit applies a thin, uniform layer of covering material to trays immediately after sowing. The cover creates a cool, moist micro‑climate that promotes seed germination, protects seeds and young seedlings, and helps prevent excessive algal and moss growth. It is suitable for production lines where consistent germination and seed retention are required.

Function
Fully integrated into the BCC filling and sowing line, the unit deposits a controlled mulch or covering layer on trays. Settings can be adjusted for different tray types and sowing speeds to ensure even distribution and repeatable results across production runs.
