Description

Product Overview
The FOGL CO2 Analyzer by BD Inventions measures carbon dioxide in cement samples by pressure detection of CO2 released when hydrochloric acid reacts with carbonates. Designed as a bench-top calcimeter, it provides fast total inorganic carbon quantification with high reproducibility and simple operation for quality control and process monitoring in cement production.

Features
  • Determination of % lime (expressed as CaCO3)
  • Calculation of % CO2 originating from raw material calcination
  • Supports sustainability reporting by verifying reduced CO2 content in cement

Advantages
  • Results selectable as % CO2 or % CaCO3
  • Stable, repeatable measurements on cement matrices
  • Low operating cost and maintenance-free design
  • CarboSoft® data export for integration into QC systems
