SONIQ ON is a mounted pneumatic seeding combination with its own pressurised hopper for fertiliser and seed, mounted above KATOR power harrows. It provides effective seedbed preparation by power harrows followed by rear consolidation with a roller, and precise placement of seed at the required depth using PSP2 seed coulters mounted on a parallelogram.

• Easy and quick connection to tractor via three-point hitch category III
• Tractor track eradicators (optional) to loosen compacted soil in tractor wheel lines; protected by shear bolt
• KATOR power harrows create an evenly processed seedbed; high number of rotors per meter and high circumferential speed
• Quick blade change system (QUICK CHANGE SYSTEM) available for fast blade replacement without special tools
• Optional LONG-LIFE carbide-tipped blades recommended for stony or very heavy soils for greater durability
• Levelling bar positioned close to rotors; mechanically controlled to improve soil structure before seed placement
• Two packer types available: packer roller (diameter 550 mm, weight 110 kg/m) for heavy soils and trapeze packer (diameter 500 mm, weight 125 kg/m) for light to medium-heavy soils; both include scrapers
• Quick mounted or demounted power harrow: hopper and seed bar have parking jacks allowing the harrow to be detached for cultivation-only use
• PSP2 (Precise Seed Placement) two-disc seed coulter on parallellinkage: lighter than PSP, pressure on coulter 60 kg, designed for heavily loosened/fluffy soil after power harrow
• Two row spacing options: 12.5 cm (standard, suited to cereal-rich rotations) or 15 cm (suitable for heavy soils or minimum tillage)
• Tine harrow with curved-ended tailgate for perfect seed coverage irrespective of residue amount or soil type
• Single-chamber pressurised hopper extended forward for optimal centre of gravity and reliable seed feed to the metering unit; hopper accessible from left side via steps and platform
• One or two distribution heads: standard is one head; optional two heads allow switching off half the working width
• Simple calibration carried out at the rear of the seeding combination with the possibility to empty hopper contents conveniently
• ISOBUS connectivity and new BEDNAR EASY CONTROL software for intuitive and clear operation
