New Bellota cultivator points 1512, 1513 and 1599: optimised design for longer service life.Bellota has redesigned the 1512, 1513 and 1599 cultivator points to extend service life and to provide consistent, uniform performance across the part's life cycle. The geometry preserves working characteristics even as wear occurs.
Optimised wing shape to maintain working widthThe wing profile has been shaped so that the working width is retained during wear. With a wing dimension of more than 40 mm, the part preserves its working width throughout its lifetime, ensuring consistent tillage results.
Double rib for greater strength and reduced draft forceThe design includes a double rib with a thickness greater than 22 mm and a length of 85 mm. This construction maintains the angle of attack and the correct tip profile, improving soil penetration and reducing draft force for more efficient and stable operation.
Three models to suit different working requirements- 1512 and 1599 — 47° angle of attack
- 1513 — 35.5° angle of attack
These cultivator points are available with working widths of
185 mm, 230 mm and 270 mm, allowing adaptation to different soil conditions and tillage systems.
