Product description
The layer formation box palletizer transfers pre-formed layers of boxes or crates from a layer formation table onto a pallet using a steel plate. It is intended for box formats or product consistencies that cannot be handled reliably by pressurized gripper‑style palletizers. The system ensures correct orientation of each unit prior to pallet transfer and can be integrated into existing palletizing lines.
