Product overview
The pepper handling system automates packaging and transport of peppers in greenhouses and packing halls. The system is modular and built to order to match customer workflow and available space.

Automation levels

• Fully automated: harvesting carts navigate automatically to and from the handling system via an induction guide.
  
  • Compatible with Qii-Drive Pepper.
  • Compatible with Power Bee AGV pulling Bo Cart harvesting carts with CPS container.
• Semi-automated: the unit operates with a hand-operated Power Bee that pulls Bo Cart harvesting carts with CPS container.

Modularity and customization
The handling system is delivered as modular units and is customized to customer requirements and the packing-hall layout.

Container tipper
When a Qii-Drive or compatible cart arrives, the container tipper empties the CPS container onto a conveyor belt with controlled flow to minimize product damage.

Modular belt conveyors
Conveyors are available in multiple lengths and configurations to integrate with existing lines and meet throughput needs.

Combination with Qii-Pal
The system can be expanded with the Qii-Pal automated forklift to move CPS containers between the packing hall and storage or processing areas.
