OverviewThe separator-classifier MTRA is an efficient rice and paddy cleaner that removes coarse, fine and light impurities. Its stroke and throwing angle can be adjusted to classify a wide range of grains, seeds and pulses.
Key benefits- Low vibration, low wear and tear - The floor beneath the classifier experiences reduced vibration thanks to a vibration motor paired with a counterweight. This lowers noise and decreases machine wear.
- Designed for minimal maintenance - An automatic rubber-ball cleaning system continuously cleans screens during operation. The machine has no lubrication points, reducing maintenance time.
- Versatile cleaning and classification - Adjustable stroke, throwing angle and screen inclination allow processing of rice, paddy, grains, seeds and pulses for cleaning, sizing and grading tasks.
Highlight featuresUse the MTRA to process rice, paddy, grain, pulses and seeds. By adjusting stroke, throwing angle and screen inclination the separator-classifier adapts to multiple applications: by-product classification, mill-cleaning of paddy and rice, impurity separation, and sizing/grading of pulses.
How it cleans and classifiesThe standard classifier features two sieve decks: the upper deck removes coarse impurities (large kernels, straw, wood, stones, clumps of soil) while the lower deck removes finer impurities (sand, broken kernels). An optional aspiration channel or air-recycling aspirator can be fitted to extract low-density particles such as dust, bran or husks.
