Calabria is a row-independent double-chop forage harvester designed for efficient collection and extra-fine chopping of withered grass and other forage crops. It combines a patented rotor and flywheel system to improve chopping consistency and provide high blowing capacity. Available in DOUBLE CHOP 1500, 1800 and 2100 versions to match different working widths and capacities.

• Designed for withered grass: picks up material from the ground and produces fine, homogeneous chopped forage suitable for silage.
• Patented rotor system: specially shaped rotor blades pre-chop material and reduce losses before delivery to the flywheel.
• Patented flywheel system: widened blowing pallets and a patented blade arrangement increase blowing capacity and produce finer chopping.
• Automatic knife sharpening: sharpening mechanism mounted on a cast body reduces vibration and sharpens the full blade surface parallel to the chopper flywheel.
• Heavy-duty components: Çelikel-designed 20.000-series bearings used on flywheel, rotor, shafts and auger for durability in vibrating conditions.
• Hydraulic configurations: available tractor-dependent and tractor-independent hydraulic systems to suit different installations.
• Flexible mounting: row-independent machine compatible with front, rear and side mounting on a range of tractors.
• Adjustable cutting: cutting size adjustable 20–70 mm and cutting height adjustable 50–150 mm; PTO options typically 540/750/1000 rpm depending on configuration.
