Our HOOF Paring Crate is designed to make hoof maintenance easier and safer for both the animal and the farmer. The portable crate is typically positioned in front of a crush race when it is in use. Fitted with semi-auto gate and extension handle to close gate from the rear of animal. Belly Band keeps the cow in position. Ratchet rump bar helps push the animal forward as it enters and prevents backing. Hand operated winch allows the operator to lift each leg easily. Height-adjustable W shaped bar at rear helps to secure the hind legs and ensures maximum safety for the operator. Wooden blocks help to position the front legs and keep them secure. Side gates provide greater access when necessary.
