Product Description
Ell-e is a fully electric zero-impact harvester designed for collecting baby leaf.
Equipped with a three-phase asynchronous motor suitable for both transfer and work, allowing continuous speed variation from 0.1 to 7.5 Km/h.
Charging is possible with the onboard charger, connectable to a standard 16 A 220V industrial socket.
The storage system consists of 24 free acid batteries of 2V/240 Ah with a continuous working autonomy of 10 hours.
Thanks to its four steering wheels, with the ability to exclude rear steering with automatic return to center and lateral translation, the machine can move in very tight spaces.
The cutting system consists of a variable speed band saw with a sophisticated automatic leveling system. Electronic control of cutting height with continuous variation. To avoid any impurities on the collected products, the cutting blade is equipped with a special antioxidant system.
Moreover, to perform the cutting of baby leaf with maximum precision, the harvester is equipped with a suitable joint on the rear axle, which allows leveling the machine even on highly irregular terrains with slopes greater than 5°.
For maximum safety conditions, the harvester cannot operate without human presence. Indeed, the control platform can detect the presence of a person at the controls (man present).
