The Miedema Structural 4000 is a mounted or trailed 4‑row belt planter designed for fast, precise and potato‑friendly planting. It combines high forward speed (up to 11 km/h) with gentle handling of seed potatoes to minimise tuber damage and deliver uniform results.

The heart of a Structural
The Structural belt planting system reduces friction between tubers and provides an open belt bed that separates foreign matter. This design gives each seed potato the space needed according to its size, improving uniformity of the finished crop and easing maintenance and adjustment of the machine.

Precision farming within easy reach
With GPS mapping and integrated control systems the Structural ensures accurate placement: even spacing, correct depth and a single line in the ridge centre. Precision‑Planting functions enable place‑specific planting, independent granulate spreading and fertilisation, and automated control options for reliable, repeatable results.
