Overview
Dewulf Certa 40 Integral is a one-pass potato planter that combines soil cultivation, planting and ridging in a single operation. Based on proven CP technology, it delivers precise singulation, consistent placement and high field capacity for modern arable farms.
Accurate planting, row by row
The planting elements are an advanced version of Dewulf’s CP units. Each row is driven hydraulically and can be adjusted continuously for planting distance, enabling spray tracks and variable planting. The adjustable planting tube and interchangeable cup belts secure reliable singulation at higher forward speeds. The parabolic planting tube, potato-friendly cups, rollers and covering discs ensure each tuber is positioned centrally in the seedbed for uniform emergence.
Constant working depth, even in light soils
Nine wide depth-control wheels support the machine and maintain a stable cultivation depth. Their large contact surface provides adequate bearing support in light or loose soils. Depth is set via these wheels, with fully automatic depth control available as an option. A rear-mounted angle sensor continuously adjusts the depth wheel cylinders for consistent results.
Excellent soil preparation with low maintenance
The cultivator features a 650 mm rotor shaft with up to 132 hardened hooks for thorough crumbling and an even seedbed. Optional carbide hooks and hydraulically adjustable chisels improve performance under demanding conditions. The balanced, seamless rotor tube is supported by sealed bearings for a durable, low-maintenance design.
Compact, user-friendly design
To reduce lift requirements and tractor load, the bunker is positioned close to the tractor above the cultivator. Covering discs are mounted close to the planting element to prevent tuber displacement. The Certa 40 Integral is fully ISOBUS-controlled; options include a 12" Topcon touchscreen, joystick and tractor-mounted cameras for intuitive in-cab operation and clear monitoring of the planting process.
Bunker and options tailored to your needs
Standard bunker capacity is 2.9 t, with an optional extension to 3.5 t. Optional weighing cells allow planted kg/ha monitoring. A wide range of options—Eagle-Eye miss detection, MR-Control for ridging, Erosion-Stop, spray kits and granulate applicators—make the machine adaptable to different crops, soils and strategies.
