Direct-Cut Header for forage and biogas production DC01 is the lightest, most powerful and highest performing direct-cut header available with a working cut of 5,2 and 6,1 meters. Fast and reliable, it has been designed to work no-stop, and harvest extensively with maximum fuel efficiency. Low and easy maintenance with readily available high-quality parts. Noise-free, safe and reliable transmission units: equipped with a safety clutch placed on the auger cardan shaft allows a quick and easy replacement; 5-groove power band is designed to minimize noise, to ensure maximum power and is calibrated to slid in case of exceptional crop-jams; automatic chain lubrication system, safety buttons and other devices ensure user’s safety. A floating adapter frame with an adjustable attachment kit is provided to perfectly fit your forage harvester. A quick PTO sector coupler can be mounted as required. Upon request, the header can be customised with the colour of your forage harvester and fully equipped with a suitable trailer to guarantee safety on road transport.
