DCH1 is the first powerful patented folding direct-cut header. It is fast and reliable, with a revolutionary folding frame system, lengthwise to the Forage Harvester, to ensure full visibility and safe driving. No more waste of time for loading and unloading operations from the trailer; no more need of tractors to assist with the transportation, no more additional personnel. With a cutting width of 5,2 and 6,1 meters, the DCH1 has been conceived to work non-stop, and harvest extensively with maximum fuel efficiency. Low and easy maintenance with readily available high-quality parts. Transmissions always synchronized! No risk of mechanical breakage after opening and closing operations. For the user’s safety: a safety clutch placed on the auger cardan shaft allows a quick and easy replacement; the main transmission features a 5-groove power band, designed to minimize noise, to ensure a smoother start, and is calibrated to slid in case of exceptional crop-jams; safety buttons and other devices to prevent widespread damages. DCH1 is provided with an adjustable and floating attachment frame and a new extra-large auger with variable pitch to collect everything non-stop. Upon request, the header can be customised with the colour of your forage harvester.
