Mobile on wheels and with adjustable installation heights, it provides 100% scanning coverage and simultaneous analysis of fat, moisture, protein and weight while detecting foreign objects such as metal and bone.
Leading in-line X-ray analysisSince its introduction in 2003, more than 500 MeatMaster™ units have been deployed worldwide for applications including boxed trimming and loose product on conveyors. The in-line X-ray analysis enables control of fat/lean mix and automated foreign object detection to improve product consistency and reduce rework.
