The Ghedini Attachments hydraulic brushcutters of the DA Heavy series are designed to be applied to mini – midi excavators with an operating weight between 2 and 7 tons. The hydraulic power supply takes advantage of the hydraulic power take-off with which excavators are usually equipped. 3 models are available in operating widths of 650, 840 and 1,080 mm. The built-in-unit carpentry in our DA (heavy) flail mower series, allows it greater resistance to possible accidental impacts. The anti-shock and anti-cavitation valves are set to 160 bar, in order to protect the engine from possible damage due to a sudden change in pressure. The motor is bidirectional and made of aluminum. Drainage is not necessary: the inlet and outlet oil pipes are sufficient for operation. The rotor runs at 3000 rpm for a better cut. The knives are Y-shaped, with an additional knife in the middle, allowing you to cut branches up to 6/8 cm in diameter. The DA Series (Heavy) brushcutter is exclusively built with SKF bearings, nuts and clamps. You can get the product with direct coupling to the excavator arm, according to measures given by the client, or with a quick coupler. Available also a hammer rotor suitable for different working widths.
