Characteristics
Aureon is formulated with the microorganism Aureobasidium pullulans, which acts on soil and plant surfaces to provide protective and healing effects. It competes with pathogens for essential nutrients, colonizes micro-lesions on fruits and leaves and supports wound recovery. The microorganism remains active at low temperatures (3-4°C). Its activity can enhance cutinase expression, stimulate phytoalexin production and activate plant self-defence responses.
