Description

PNSh-5 (P) “Hospodar” auger treater with high throughput rates. Workable unit, reliable in operation. Effectively, within the given parameters, carries out pre-sowing treatment of seeds with fungicidal solutions. Designed for work with multi-component liquids. It is used for processing seeds stored in heaps. Provides protection of seed material against diseases, fungus, negative environmental impact. The unit is able to perform the entire technological cycle without the involvement of other tools. It is distinguished by the autonomy of the performed measures. Carries out independent advancement to the heap. Provides mechanical loading, processing and unloading of material. That allows you to perform work with minimal human involvement. The dispenser of the working mixture creates conditions for ensuring the most accurate and uniform supply of liquid. Ensuring uniformity of pre-sowing treatment. The machine is compact, provides high maneuverability, and is easy to operate. Technical characteristics of the treater The PNSh-5 (P) “Hospodar” auger treater is a self-propelled unit with an electric drive mechanism. Seed treatment is carried out in a special treating auger. The dispenser of the working fluid allows you to receive an accurate and uniform supply in the process of work. The auger pick-up ensures mechanized loading of seeds into the working body of the treater. The operation of the self-propelled drive is controlled by a special sensor that ensures automatic movement of the treater to the heap. It is equipped with a peristaltic dosing pump for supplying the working fluid. The PNSh-5 (P) “Hospodar” - provides gentle mechanized harvesting of grain mass. It does not spoil the seeds, provides uniform protective treatment. Maneuverable, compact auger treater, designed for high intensity of use. Suitable for regular contact with active chemical compounds. The power source is the power grid. The unit has a low power consumption. A tank with a volume of 50 liters allows processing a large mass of raw materials in one cycle. It consists of a vertical pick-up auger, a horizontal treating auger and a peristaltic dosing pump. The peristaltic dosimeter guarantees dosing accuracy.
