G‑004N Tree Shaker Harvester for Olives – Tarpaulin, Conveyors, Cleaning Fan & Fruit Collection Platform (Shaker Head Not Included) Description: The G‑004N is a tractor‑towed tree shaker harvester ideal for harvesting olives—as well as apples, plums, nuts, sour cherries, and more. It is equipped with a hydraulic tarpaulin (catching screen), an internal hydraulic system, fruit conveyors, a cleaning fan, and a versatile platform that can deposit fruit into large pallet boxes (≈500 kg) or smaller crates. Features: - Tractor-towed, three-point hitch (Category 2) - Internal hydraulic pump and tank for powering the conveyors, and cleaning system. - Hydraulic steering axle allows tight maneuvering — wheel turning angle up to 32° - Fruit-catching tarpaulin expandable to full working width - Adjustable-speed conveyors deliver fruit to the cleaning fan and then to the platform - Platform supports: Large pallet boxes (1200 × 1000 × 760 mm), Smaller crates (600 × 400 × 150 mm) - Optional equipment: hydraulic pallet lifter or roller conveyor for easy unloading, or a trailer attachment for carrying 2 or 3 pallet boxes - Cleaning fan removes leaves and debris with adjustable speed up to approx. 1200 RPM Note: The shaker head (e.g., model P20 or P30) is not included and must be added separately. For traditional olive orchards with large trunks, an external shaking head can be used. For intensive olive plantations with clear trunks and diameters under 30 cm, we recommend integrating the P30 shaker head into the harvester for optimal performance.
