Description

Overview
  • LW11 Series in-line bale wrapper with integrated bale push and centralized hydraulic control. Designed for continuous wrapping of round bales with automatic film detection and shutdown.
  • Wrapping capacity up to 120 bales per hour; standard traction tires for improved mobility on wet or uneven terrain.

Key features
  • Adjustable folding tongue (hitch) simplifies repositioning and transport.
  • Integrated bale push feeds bales to the rear of the wrapper; optional bale push-off arm available for automated unloading.
  • Central control box and levers manage electric-over-hydraulic functions: start/stop, bale ramp and bale push control.
  • Film wrap sensor stops the wrapping cycle automatically when film runs out or breaks, reducing waste and downtime.
  • Traction implement tires (standard) enhance grip in field conditions; optional power-drive configurations improve maneuverability without a tractor.

Options and productivity/uptime accessories
  • 14.9 kW (20 hp) Honda engine (optional). Note: LW Series standard engine is 9.7 kW (13 hp) Honda.
  • Single- or dual-power hydraulic drive (optional) — permits unit maneuvering without a tractor; dual drive increases traction.
  • Remote steering control — enables steering, start and stop from a remote location for safer operation.
  • Twin wrap kit — applies a double layer of film for increased protection of bales.
  • Bale follower — automatically tracks and follows adjacent bale lines to maintain alignment.
  • Work lights — optional LED or halogen lighting for early-morning or late-night operations.
  • Additional kits: night lighting kit, remote steering and shutdown conversion kits; wheel conversion kits for single- or dual-wheel hydraulic power-drive conversions.
