Description

Overview
The KIRPY BKF series are forestry mulchers derived from proven stone crusher designs. Available in three models (BKF 200, BKF 225, BKF 250), they are built to process branches and woody vegetation efficiently while ensuring controlled particle size and consistent throughput.

Robustness and Reliability
  • Based on over 50 years of experience in stone crusher design, the BKF range combines reinforced construction and components selected for continuous operation in demanding forestry environments.

The strengths of the KIRPY BKF
  • 56–68 hammers fitted with single or double carbide tips for effective chopping.
  • Large Ø 550 mm rotor and wide intake (300–375 mm) to maximize throughput.
  • Refining comb and hydraulic expansion flap to control crushing quality and discharge size.
  • Forestry-adapted branch guard adjustable to 0 for close cutting.
  • Adjustable skids with positions -50 / -25 / 0 / 25 / 50 and reinforced wear lining.
  • Dual drive: 2 × 5 XPB belts with automatic tensioning and integrated overrunning clutch gearbox.
  • CAT 2-3 hitch for tractor compatibility.
  • Simplified maintenance with centralized greasing via a single remote point and integrated grease collector.
  • Designed in high-strength steel for long service life and low operating cost.
  • Proven performance on demanding forestry sites.
