Description

Ergonomics, simple operation, many Köppl innovations and sufficient power reserves combined in one device. The Köppl TAURUS offers all the ergonomic advantages you would expect from a work animal. The TAURUS leaves nothing to be desired with its ultimate ease of use, extreme modularity and full performance. The TAURUS adjusts perfectly to the height of the operator. The inclination of the spar can be adjusted and swivelled by 180° without tools using the quick-release fastener. In addition, the handlebar can be locked in to the left and right by 20° in the front attachment and by 30° in the rear attachment, so that the operator can walk comfortably next to the machine while still retaining full control. This does not affect the operating functions. Attachments can be easily controlled via joystick from the handlebar. E.g. the depth control with mounted rotary tiller or, with Snow throwers, the rotation of the chimney and the position of the ejection flap. Two PTO shaft speeds of 837 rpm and 581 rpm (ECO) enable ideal operating speeds for a wide range of attachments. The new ECO function makes it possible to work at lower engine speeds and minimises both wear on attachments, CO2 emissions and fuel consumption. Safety and security The operation remains unchanged both via the steering levers and via the steering bar, in the front and rear mounting, forwards and backwards. This means that there is no need for cumbersome rethinking during operation. In hazardous situations, the machine can be quickly brought to a standstill using a safety handle.
