The FK pipe systems are modular pipe systems designed for ventilation and pneumatic conveying in industrial environments. They transport materials, dust and air using a wide selection of components (pipes, bends, branches, diverters, connectors) to create customised conveying and ventilation layouts that optimise space and process flow.

Flexible, modular design for efficient installation
FK systems feature modular components for rapid assembly and adaptation. Installation is performed with FK quick‑release clamps or bolt clamps, enabling fast set‑up and easy reconfiguration to existing layouts. Available diameters range from 60 mm to 800 mm to cover diverse industrial conveying distances.

Soundproof piping
FK 200 pipes and bends are offered with acoustic insulation for noise‑sensitive areas. Pipes are wrapped in two layers of 2 mm self‑adhesive bitumen (≈3.5 kg/m²) plus one layer of heat‑shrink tubing; bends are wrapped in one layer of 2 mm bitumen plus heat‑shrink tubing. This increases surface mass and damps vibrations for high‑impact materials (e.g., plastic granulate, pellets, finished parts, recyclables). Typical attenuation is ≈5–12 dB depending on installation and handled material.
