There are different ways of washing a bundle of radish well, removing sand, bits of soil and other dirt without hereby damaging the leaf. The bundles can be washed in the final package in crate, box or case or separately by means of a water bath. The radish is led through the rinsing machine via a plastic conveyor belt. They are sprayed with lots of water in the first phase, to be immersed in a bubble bath subsequently. Water bubbles in this bubble bath ensure that the radish is washed well. The water can then be drained from the container. The radish is then again sprayed with clean water so that the last sand remains are rinsed off and the radish comes out fresh from the rinsing machine. At the end of the rinsing cycle, the radishes simply need to be removed from the conveyor belt and packed into the container meant for transport. Supplying accompanying water recycling systems, dirty and clean water pumps is also possible. The total lay-out of the rinsing lines can be provided in different versions, in agreement with your personal requirements. Better quality of your products fetches you a higher price.
