Due to the ever-increasing demands of the trade, it is becoming more and more important that the fruit is large and in perfect condition. This is the only way to achieve a higher price. Effective pre-sorting of the harvested fruit is therefore becoming increasingly important. LIPCO picking belts do important work here. With the help of this equipment, required quality criteria in size, shape and firmness can be variably set and achieved. Damaged fruit or fruit that is too small falls through the O-belts and is sorted out laterally via conveyor belts. 4 sorting and calibration levels are possible. The charge belts can be adjusted to sizes from 18-28 mm. The width of the O-belts can be precisely adjusted via interchangeable spacer sleeves.
