AboutCapel-105M is a benchtop capillary electrophoresis system designed for routine and advanced analyses in food, environmental, pharmaceutical, chemical, biochemical and forensic laboratories. The system combines flexible injection modes, precise capillary thermostating and a UV spectrophotometric detector to support quantitative and qualitative workflows.
Principle of operationCapillary electrophoresis separates ionic components of aqueous samples by their differential migration in a narrow fused-silica capillary under an electric field. Separated analytes are monitored and quantified using a UV spectrophotometric detector appropriate for absorbance-based detection in the 190–400 nm range.
