Big Bag unloading system to facilitate safe emptying inside a recovery hopper. THE BIG BAG UNLOADER SYSTEM with hoist consists of a forklift frame onto which the Big Bag’s supporting braces are fixed. Using a forklift truck, it is then safely positioned on a sturdy tubular steel frame with adjustable height. Once in position, the operator can safely open the Big Bag. Every structure is set-up to be connected to a centralised extractor system in order to eliminate the dusts in the emptying phase. The construction with parts in contact in AISI304 stainless steel, make it suitable for many fields of application.
