The Big Bag Unloader is designed to discharge up to 2 m3 of powdery and granular product, ensuring automatic and complete discharge within a recovery hopper. BIG BAG UNLOADER MACHINE consists of a forkliftable frame on which the Big Bag support straps are fixed. Using a forklift, it is then safely positioned on a sturdy tubular steel frame with adjustable height. Once in position, the operator can safely open the Big Bag. Every structure is set-up to be connected to a centralised extractor system in order to eliminate the dusts in the emptying phase. The construction with parts in contact in AISI304 stainless steel, make it suitable for many fields of application.
