Functional elements and components

• Unit disengagement system: standard safety slip clutch; manual, mechanical or electric disengagement; can be controlled manually or from the cab.
• Pressure and shock absorption system: two adjustable pressure springs plus Monoshox suspension to maintain ground contact and limit vibration.
• Retraction system: manual or hydraulically assisted; includes suction management and raising of the rear closing wheel unit.
• Seed chute: available with or without counting sensor.
• Quick-release tips: patented tool-free tip replacement for fast adaptation.
• Seed line opening system: two large-diameter discs (380 mm) in heavy-duty forged steel.

Metering system & distribution
The metering box is the core of precision planting: stainless steel distribution disc with low sensitivity to seed coatings, precision bronze singulator to avoid multiples, aluminum alloy box cover, captive handwheels, transparent viewing hatch and a total-emptying system. Vacuum and singulation pressure adjustment is available (patented system) to suit various seed sizes and populations.

Microgranule (Microsem) system
Auger-based microgranule distribution (mechanical or electric) to position insecticide, molluscicide or fertilizer precisely next to the seed. Features include two augers with agitators, even distribution via a finger wheel, quick emptying, adjustable rates (in-cab for electric), and the EasyAdjust app for assisted adjustment. Hoppers typically 20 L (optional 40 L) and optional section cut-off on electric models.

Fertilizer options
Multiple fertilizer configurations are available: standard mounted hoppers, high-capacity mounted hoppers, auger + agitator distribution with blue (standard) and red (high-output) auger choices to adapt application rates. Fertilizer units may be driven electrically or mechanically for variable rate adjustment.
