Rubber stable mat with a stud (nodule) surface designed for use in livestock stalls, equine boxes and transport vehicles. Available in rolls up to 2 m wide and 50 m long with thickness options up to 50 mm. Operational temperature range: -40~70 ℃. Physical properties make it suitable for slip resistance, bedding retention and moderate shock absorption.

Applications and installation

• Suitable for horse stalls, cattle cubicles, sheep pens and livestock transport floors.
• Installation: loose-laid on a leveled subfloor, glued or mechanically fixed depending on permanence; joints can be butted or sealed.
• Maintenance: sweep or hose down; clean with water and mild detergent; allow adequate drainage.
• Safety/handling: stud surface improves traction and bedding retention; check compatibility with underfloor heating and adhesives before installation.
