Base yield of flour, depending on the type of grinding implemented: * -Monocultivar grind exit flour 72%; -Two-sort grind exit flour 65%, 8% of first grade; -Three-sort grind exit flour 60%, first grade flour 10%; flour Class II 6%; -Two-sort and grinding plant with a better selection of flour in quantities up to 60%. -*Exit flour listed in providing the next whites it: EXTRA – not less 60ed., First grade – not less than 43 units., Second grade – not less than 21 units. Installed capacity of power equipment – 260 kW. Number of energy consumed per ton of processed grain – not exceeding 70 kW. The work of the mill is provided by the operator with central control panel.
