At the mill by processing is carrying out wheat into flour varietal. Basic output of flour during processing according to the below configuration mills (corn basis of the Conditions).
Base yield of flour, depending on the type of grinding implemented: *
-Monocultivar grind exit flour 72%;
-Two-sort grind exit flour 65%, 8% of first grade;
-Three-sort grind exit flour 60%, first grade flour 10%; flour Class II 6%;
-Two-sort and grinding plant with a better selection of flour in quantities up to 60%.
-*Exit flour listed in providing the next whites it: EXTRA – not less 60ed., First grade – not less than 43 units., Second grade – not less than 21 units.
Installed capacity of power equipment – 260 kW.
Number of energy consumed per ton of processed grain – not exceeding 70 kW.
The work of the mill is provided by the operator with central control panel.
Technological scheme of the mill, developed under the provision of flour at the interregional level, bakeries, pastry, pasta production and has the following features:
-Quality and stability of the gluten in the flour milling ensured the possibility of cooling rolls;
-Consistent quality grinding in the cold season ensured by heater grain;
-Intensive training methods allow efficient processing of grain flour any conditions being without compromising the quality of products;
