The Harvester machine SP2000 is a machine conceived for: – harvesting and digging out of rootstocks, vine cuttings; – cleaning their roots from soil; – sorting; – storage of nursery plants Predilige land of: medium dough, sabbiosi, morbidi Suitable for production from: 100,000 to 300,000 up, with a daily production of around 15.000 cernite plants. Work on root systems up to 30 cm. Structure and functioning. The Harvester machine SP2000 is a towed machine, consisting of a fixed frame (1), equipped with a third point (2) for hooking to the tractor. There is a mobile frame (3) which, when transported, allows the machine to be closed by 90 °, reducing its overall dimensions. The SP2000 harvester machine extracts the plants (4) thanks to the digging knife (5), which penetrates deep into the soil, under the root system, up to 30 cm. Simultaneously, the conveyor belt (6) intercepts the stem of the plant, dragging it towards the shaker (7). The shaker (8) has a length that covers a good part of the belt conveyor area. Oscillating alternately, it performs a complete skimming of the soil, which is located around the root system of the plants. The conveyor belt (9) keeps the plants in position, leading them to the operator (10) who collects them for sorting.
