The La Campagne tipping agricultural trailers are monocoque trailers designed for farm transport and on-site storage. Available in tandem or tridem axle configurations, they provide variable body volumes, good maneuverability and multiple equipment options to match operational needs.
Key benefits- Improved structural strength through double side folds and folded-sheet construction.
- Easy cleaning thanks to curved side panels.
- Extended service life ensured by continuous welds.
- Large door opening enabled by a double-acting hydraulic ram.
- Effective sealing with an adjustable steel cover-joint on the door.
- Quick and simple installation of identical extensions with no material snags during unloading.
ChassisAll La Campagne trailers are fitted as standard with a 300 x 200 mm profiled tube chassis and continuously welded crossmembers. The widened dumping pivot combined with forward-mounted rams improves lifting force, load transfer and stability. The hydraulic circuit routed through the chassis uses rigid tubes with metric fittings and the electrical wiring runs in a rigid conduit. A narrow high-strength tube drawbar preserves maximum steering angle; transverse leaf-spring drawbar suspension is standard (hydraulic suspension optional).
Body and doorsMonocoque bodies are built with single-length 4 mm side sheets and a 5 mm floor sheet. The rounded profile and successive folds stiffen the body while optimizing weight and volume. Trailers come standard with a one-piece hydraulic tailgate with a central stainless-steel grain hatch (two hatches optional) and a proven cover-joint system for watertightness. Finishing includes full shot-blasting prior to painting and continuous welding for improved finish and durability.
Running gear and suspensionsStandard equipment includes Tandem or Tridem axles with multi-leaf flat springs, link rods and balance beams to optimize loading height, center of gravity, traction and suspension travel. A trailing axle is standard (optional for GVWR 19 t and 24 t). Available options: traditional forced steering, patented "Hydroforce" system, electric or hydraulic self-steering. Suspension options: pneumatic or hydraulic, passive or active.
Options- Aluminum extensions (40 cm, 60 cm, 80 cm, 100 cm).
- Mudguards.
- Covers and tarping systems (side tarping, electro-pneumatic tarping, Cramaro-type tarping).
- Hydraulic extensions, forced-steering kits, hydraulic extensions and other pre-equipment for future upgrades.
