The NOVOGRAM electronic weight grading machine is the best compromise between a compact construction and a high capacity with its oval shape. A feeding belt transports the fruits to the oval grading machine. An electronic weight section registers the weight of each fruit and determines where it has to be dropped out. The Novogram models are developed for a wide range of fruits, from apricots to pears. The oval construction and patented shape of the carriers result in a natural discharge of excess fruit to prevent doubles. Because of this, a very high filling grade up to 95% can be achieved. At which packing table what weight class is dropped out, can be selected with a simple sorting programme. To optimally meet the sorting demands of a specific type of fruit, the Novogram is available in various configurations. That’s why the Novogram is suitable to sort apricots, prunes, kiwis, peaches, apples, (round) pears, tomatoes, melons, etc. The unique shape and emptying of the carriers (patented by CALIBREX) make for a very fruit friendly and accurate weight grading.
