Overview
The FR 180 Special is an industrial harvester designed for picking fresh vegetables and aromatic/medicinal herbs. It combines a 310 cm hydraulically operated cutting bar with a configurable loading system and a rear lifting dump reaching up to 4.10 m. The machine is equipped for long field runs with an "Automotive" road function and a Stage V 180 HP Deutz Fahr engine.

Main features
Hydrostatic drive with 4-wheel drive and 4-wheel steering controlled electronically via joystick and hydraulic steering gear. Hydraulic mowing bar with adjustable cutting height and adjustable cutting equipment weight to protect delicate crops and the ground. Configurable locomotion with wheels and tracks.

Loading system
The loading system is offered with either a food-compliant rubber belt (suitable for short-leaf vegetables such as spinach, parsley, basil) or reentering springs for long-leaf or bulky products (e.g., medicinal herbs, chamomile). The rear loading dump lifts to 4.10 m and uses a studded chain for unloading.
