Draper Stream grain headers are designed to efficiently harvest high and low yield fields using the straight cutting method. This header cuts grain crops more thoroughly and gently, providing a cleaner cut and a uniformly directed crop flow to the conveyor. -Increased stability of the process. This header feeds the material steadily to threshing (also thanks to -the tine beater) -Harvest losses are reduced because smaller ears are prevented from being thrown over the wind guard -Grain damage by the auger is eliminated, there is no grain shattering (from contact with the auger) -An even cut at a high speed thanks to the wheel stabilization system -No need for a trailer to transport the header (has its own wheels). Crop handling A cutterbar with sharp, highly tempered knives provides high-quality cutting; plastic reel bats bring in the crop uniformly, even laid crops, with no risk of cutterbar lock when bats get into the cutting area. The reel with spring tine rakes allows delicate handling of crops with no shovelling and throwing stones into the header tools. A drive with an integral enclosed clutch on the drive shaft ensures trouble-free operation of the entire driveline.
