Product overview
The TCI chain conveyor is designed for continuous handling of grains, seeds, legumes and pellets in industrial silo installations. It is constructed from S350GD or S450GD galvanized steel sheet with a Z-600 metal coating to resist abrasive bulk materials while facilitating inspection and maintenance.

Head section
Head sections have polished external panels and a compact design. They include an anti-accumulation system to prevent spillage during blockages, a reaction arm manufactured by Silos Córdoba, inspection windows and secure fixation to intermediate sections via side strips.

Intermediate sections
The updated connection system enables faster assembly and stronger joints; sections can accommodate lengths up to 3000 mm. Bottoms are fitted as standard with wear-resistant lining; lateral wear protection is available as an option.

Tail section
All mechanical components in the tail are fully enclosed for protection. The tail assembly incorporates a chain shock absorber to extend chain life and avoid breakage, a low-maintenance chain return system that maintains optimal tension, an anti-accumulation system to prevent residue buildup and a rotation sensor supplied as standard.
