Overview
The TRC screw conveyor, designed by Silos Córdoba, is a trough-type screw conveyor intended for bulk material handling in industrial environments. The modular design allows adaptation to different capacities and installation layouts.

Capacity
Conveyors are sized to meet the required throughput for each product. A 45% filling rate is used in capacity calculations to avoid overestimation.

Reliability
The simple mechanical layout, selection of quality components and low-speed operation contribute to long service life and dependable operation.

Safety
Intermediate bearing supports are fully covered and maintenance-free. Shaft-mounted gear motors reduce the risk of material entrapment associated with chain or belt drives. Additional safety features can be supplied to meet specific regulatory requirements.

Finish
