Head Sections
The head section features a robust, minimalist design with a 100% heat-treated removable pinion, flexible coupling for the gear motor, and anti-wear curved steel guides and rails. Inspection windows on both sides and a top inspection hatch simplify checks. An overflow system with a capacitive sensor prevents spillage during jams. All mechanical components are protected to reduce corrosion and extend service life.

Intermediate Section
Intermediate sections are reinforced with highly wear-resistant steel on the bottom and walls. A wear-resistant steel guide system minimizes noise and prevents material accumulation at the top. The internal layout avoids exposed screws in wear-critical zones. A toothed-flange connection system ensures correct alignment and a completely rigid joint between sections.

Tail Section
The tail section is compact and equipped with a 100% removable heat-treated pinion. Forged top and bottom chain guides reduce noise and wear. Mechanical parts—including the inductive rotation sensor, bearing supports and temperature sensor—are fully enclosed to prevent debris ingress and to withstand harsh weather. Inspection and cleaning hatches on top and bottom facilitate maintenance and debris removal.
