Overview
Trailed two-rotor rake STAR R 640|22 TS designed for side-swath formation. The SIP-patented walking tandem axle and 3D rotor mounting ensure stable, clean raking on uneven terrain while remaining compact for transport.

Design and operation
The tandem chassis combined with 3D rotor mounting provides uniform crop flow and reliable ground following on irregular fields. Working height is adjusted mechanically with an easy-to-read scale. Recommended PTO speed 400–500 rpm (operating at 540 rpm), power requirement 40–55 kW (55 HP). Typical capacity approx. 10 ha/h depending on conditions.
