Description

The JB Flex rear gate is the optimal solution when upgrading the existing gestation crates due to an individual adjustment and easy mounting. The JB FLEX rear gate is mounted on high posts behind the existing crate - regardless of width, length and design of the crate. Focus on functionality The JB Flex rear gate has flexible features that ensure a good and safe solution for the sows. If a sow is staying at the crate at time of feeding, the rear gate will lock as soon as the sow will try to leave the crate. Non-occupied crates will allow the sow to affect the rear gate. When the sow enters the crate, the rear gate will be closing and locked automatically. Design with simplicity The locking mechanism is kept with simplicity in mind. When the sow is staying in the crate, the locking mechanism can be controlled with one hand. This makes handling and inspection of the sow easier which also will minimize the time resources. The crate can also be installed with an automatic control function with air cylinders. In general, it is possible to integrate the control function with the existing program for feeding. Construction with a long life performance The JB Flex rear gate is to be mounted on either paved and slatted floors. All together, the JB Flex rear gate is focused on simplicity and durability which is reflected in a design with no springs and other mechanical fittings which will be affected by daily use.
