OverviewThe Summers Disk Ripper provides deep tillage to fracture compaction layers, improve water infiltration and support root development. It integrates deep ripping and final seedbed finishing in one pass via a hydraulically adjustable coulter finishing tool that can be set to raise, float or apply down pressure for consistent field results.
Key features- Four configurations: 5, 7, 9 and 11 shank models to match operation scale
- 3,200 lb trip force per shank for reliable penetration
- Hydraulically adjustable coulter finishing tool with raise, float or down-pressure settings
- 15" disk blades available gang-mounted or individually mounted for effective trash handling
Shank options- 5 shank — 30" spacing
- 7 shank — 24" spacing
- 9 shank — 24" spacing
- 11 shank — 24" spacing
Disk blades15" diameter disks with 7.5" effective spacing; blades can be supplied on a gang or individually mounted to suit field conditions.
Point optionsStandard point: 1-½" x 2" x 14". Optional wing point: 1-½" x 2-¾" x 14" (wing).
Rear finishing attachment20" diameter rear finishing tool with two ranks of individual coulter blades at 12" spacing for a 6" effective coverage. Hydraulic adjustment allows locking for additional downforce or running in float for a consistent finish.
Options- Paint color: choose green or red for custom equipment orders
