OverviewThe Spray Fill Xpress reduces sprayer fill time by up to 82% using a chemical batching system that holds chemicals in separate containment areas until they are drawn into the sprayer. Typical filling tasks that previously took ~30 minutes can be cut to under 7 minutes. 2017 AE50 product award winner.
Models- SFX830 – 80 GAL capacity (compact footprint)
- SFX1630 – 160 GAL capacity (configurable with 2–4 tanks)
- SFX2430 – 240 GAL capacity (configurable with 3–6 tanks; 40- and 80-gal tank options)
- Drone SFX810 – drone unit: single 80 GAL or two 40 GAL tanks with in-tank agitation
Key Features & Benefits- Chemical batching: stainless steel tanks partitioned into individual containment areas prevent premixing and unwanted reactions.
- Substantial time savings: increases spraying productivity up to 82% by dramatically reducing fill time.
- Modular design: SFX2430 customizable with 3–6 tanks (40- and 80-gal); SFX1630 configurable with 2–4 tanks.
- Stainless steel tanks with jug rinse system: support multiple chemicals and include jug rinse for convenient container cleanout.
- Deep sump tank: angled bottom reduces splashing, accelerates transfer to the sprayer and enables complete drainage.
- 3-inch plumbing (bulk units): extra-large plumbing to greatly reduce fill times; fully flushable to prevent carry-over.
- 1-inch plumbing (drone units): supports up to ~32 GPM for drone fills and is fully flushable.
- Optional flow meters and scales: enable precise batching through accurate volume and weight measurement.
- Rinse system and rinse wand: main valve directs water to rinse wand, tank/jug rinse or manifold rinse; rinse wand assists tank cleaning and slurry creation for dry chemical induction.
- Forklift access holes: allow quick loading to trailers; compact models fit crossways on standard trailers.
- Optional pump/engine package: electric start 13 HP motor with centrifugal pump capable of moving water at 440 GPM (from holding tank to sprayer).
Applications- Batching and preparing multiple chemicals for sprayer fills without premixing.
- Rapidly filling large sprayers on-farm or for custom applicators.
- Drone-specific filling: compact drone units pre-batch and agitate loads for efficient drone spraying operations.
Additional Notes- SFX830: compact 40" x 40" footprint offering the 80-gallon option in a small package.
- SFX1630: trailer-friendly design that can fit crossways on a trailer; available in multiple tank configurations.
- Drone SFX810: includes in-tank agitation for pre-batched loads and incorporates standard Spray Fill Xpress features adapted for drone operations.
