An end-of-roll indicator (red band on the last metres) simplifies roll change planning. Usage tips (extract)
Prepare the baler correctly to avoid tears, tangles or laddering: clean the roll area and metallic contact surfaces (avoid rust, sharp edges, weld spatter, paint lumps), check the net path and correct threading, keep tension bars and feed rollers clean and polished, verify alignment and tension when two rolls feed the net, avoid aggressive cleaners on rubber rollers (use talc, chalk or antistatic spray) and inspect cutter/blade for even cutting action.
