Overview
The FlexFixer is a vision-controlled correction unit designed to follow transplanting lines and automatically detect and refill empty cells during production.

Details
Equipped with advanced vision systems and a multi-axis robot, the FlexFixer inspects trays on the move, identifies missing plugs and places healthy seedlings into empty cells with high positional accuracy. The unit processes up to 3,500 plugs per hour and is engineered for straightforward mechanical and control integration behind a PackPlanter or PackPlanter S.

Compatibility
Designed as an add-on for PackPlanter and PackPlanter S lines or as a downstream module for other-brand transplanters. Integrates into existing transplanting workflows to maintain line speed and improve fill precision.
