The MidiFlat is one of TTA-ISO's most popular transplanters. With field experience of over 170 Midi transplanters, TTA-ISO has incorporated all possible demands in the area of transplanting into one unique transplanter.
The MidiFlat is designed for transplanting young plants into trays, packs, or shuttle trays. By combining plant grippers with a pusher pin system, it can process plants with both underdeveloped and strongly developed roots.
The MidiFlat is available in capacities ranging from 3,000 up to 40,000 plants per hour. It can be used for transplanting into trays, packs, shuttle trays, and even loose pots, since each gripper unit is controlled by an individual microprocessor with a corresponding motor. The user interface is intuitive and includes built-in self-diagnosis.
