The Balanset-1A is a compact, dual-channel mobile system designed for dynamic balancing of rigid rotors in their own bearings (field balancing) and for deep vibration diagnostics.
We designed this solution as a cost-effective yet powerful alternative to expensive balancing stands. The device connects to any standard Windows laptop via USB, transforming it into a professional vibro-balancing station. The intuitive software handles all complex calculations automatically, making high-precision balancing accessible to both seasoned vibration experts and technicians with minimal training.

1. Dynamic Balancing
Perform balancing in one or two planes with high precision.

• Automated Calculations: The software calculates the exact weight and position of corrective weights. It automatically assesses residual unbalance against ISO 1940 standards.
• Serial Production Mode: Unique functionality for balancing batches of identical rotors. By saving influence coefficients, you can balance subsequent rotors in a single run without the need for trial weights, significantly speeding up production.
• Versatility: Ideal for field balancing (on-site) and can also be used as the measuring system for custom-built balancing stands (including soft-bearing/resonance stands).

2. Vibration Analysis (Vibrometer Mode)
Detect mechanical faults before they lead to failure.

• Comprehensive Analysis: Measures vibration velocity, acceleration, and displacement.
• Advanced Diagnostics: Features FFT spectrum analysis, time-domain waveform graphs, and harmonic monitoring. This helps identify issues such as misalignment, mechanical looseness, bearing defects, and gear mesh problems.
