The Twin Filler is a high-capacity tray filling machine designed for filling trays, flats and packs with substrate/soil. It features a double twin-rotor filling head, an adjustable filling density via frequency control and a standard soil recycling system with a 1000 L hopper.

Detailed description
The machine uses a filling head equipped with two rotors to deliver fast, consistent filling. Rotor speed is regulated by a frequency controller to set the required filling density. After filling, trays pass under brushes to remove excess substrate and ensure a uniform surface. Soil is conveyed from the hopper to the elevator by a belt conveyor; belt speed is adjustable to match supply and demand and excess substrate is returned to the hopper for reuse. Hopper capacity: 1000 L.
