The Versa Filler is a plug-tray filling machine designed for high-speed, uniform substrate filling and precise compaction. It is fully adjustable to tray size, plug diameter and production capacity, and is optimized for nursery and propagation operations.

Perfect filling result
Five interchangeable substrate compression processes ensure uniform filling and finishing:

• Rubber compression roller for standard compaction
• Second rubber compression roller for extremely high compaction
• Driven dibbling plate unit for precise placement
• Spiral rotating brush to remove excess substrate for a clean edge
• Second spiral rotating brush for uniform finish across trays

High versatility
Height-adjustable components and manual speed controls allow tailored filling profiles. Ten air nozzles remove loose substrate for a clean operation. Internal assemblies are easily interchangeable for fast service and format changes.

Innovative soil return system
A 1000‑liter hopper above the transport conveyor enables overhead feeding and space-saving layout; an optional extension increases capacity to 1850 L. The soil elevator features manual flow adjustment and a low-noise, low-wear design.
